- Execute parts of the e-commerce strategy, including digital marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions across all channels.
- Coordinate between teams to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
- Monitor website performance, web pages, and identify issues in navigation or functionality.
- Implement updates or minor changes to improve user experience based
- Collect, track, and report on website performance, sales metrics, and marketing campaign effectiveness from platforms like Shopify and Google Analytics.
- Interpret and organize data to facilitate decision-making, leaving complex analysis to senior team members.
- Coordinate paid advertising, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Ensure assets (images, copy, etc.) are prepared and ready for digital campaigns.
- Monitor SEO performance and assist with keyword research or page updates to improve SEO rankings.
- Regularly update and optimize content, product listings, and other assets on the e-commerce site.
- Coordinate with teams like sales, operations, and customer service to ensure smooth execution of e-commerce activities.
- Ensure all promotional and marketing materials align with the strategy set by the senior team.
- Support upcoming product launches, product setups, promotions, and campaigns.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or in progress).
- 1-2 years’ experience with e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify) preferred
- Exposure to digital marketing or social media management preferred.
- Comfortable with basic data analysis and familiar with general sales and performance reporting tools like Google Analytics or Excel.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Attention to detail.
SUMMARY:
The eCommerce Coordinator supports the eCommerce Strategist in executing the broader e-commerce strategy. This entry-level position focuses on implementing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing website performance, analyzing data, data extraction, and coordinating cross-departmental efforts to enhance the overall user experience and drive sales, as well as special projects designated by the eCommerce strategist.
