      Job Description

      Looking to add an experienced Brand Manager – Amazon, working directly with leadership to scale our business across the US, UK, and EU4. This role requires deep expertise in Amazon operations, content optimization, and advertising execution, with a hands-on approach from Day 1. The ideal candidate has experience managing a $25M+ brand on Amazon and can drive operational efficiency and strategic growth.

      Responsibilities

      Amazon Operations & Inventory Management

      • Oversee FBA and FBM inventory, ensuring accurate forecasting, timely replenishment, and minimal stockouts.

      • Optimize supply chain workflows to maintain strong in-stock rates and prevent excess inventory.

      • Partner with operations and finance teams to improve COGS, logistics, and profitability (P&L ownership).

      Content Optimization & Brand Management

      • Manage and enhance product listings, A+ Content, and Brand Stores for maximum conversion and SEO impact.

      • Ensure all content meets Amazon compliance, brand standards, and category best practices.

      • Troubleshoot and resolve catalog issues to maintain listing health and customer experience.

      Advertising & Growth Strategy

      • Build and execute PPC campaigns with $200k+/month budgets.

      • Analyze ad performance, optimize spend, and implement data-driven growth strategies.

      • Develop and manage organic ranking strategies, product launches, and promotional campaigns.

      Sales Growth & Market Expansion

      • Identify and execute opportunities for new product launches, promotions, and cross-border expansion (UK, CA, and beyond).

      • Conduct market and competitive analysis to stay ahead of category shifts and industry trends.

      • Develop sales forecasts and business growth roadmaps aligned with company objectives.

      Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership

      • Work closely with supply chain, creative, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of Amazon initiatives.

      • Manage cross-functional projects and external partners to deliver brand and advertising objectives.

      • Present key performance metrics, insights, and strategic recommendations to leadership.

      Requirements

      • 3+ years of hands-on Amazon experience with proven success managing a $25M+ brand.

      • Strong expertise in Amazon Seller Central, FBA operations, and international marketplaces

      • Track record of driving organic rankings, PPC performance, and product launches.

      • Proficient in Amazon tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Brand Analytics, etc.), Google Sheets/Excel, and project management tools (Slack,Asana, Monday, Trello).

      • Analytical, proactive, and results-driven with the ability to balance strategy and execution.

      • Exceptional communicator and data storyteller with executive-facing presentation skills.

      • A commitment to fostering a culture of support and accountability

      • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

      • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, managing multiple priorities and wearing many hats.
