What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze core KPIs and acquisition channels to identify opportunities for lead generation and increased lifetime value
- Manage and improve reporting for the Growth Marketing team, ensuring accuracy and clarity of insights
- Analyze prospect behavior across the website to optimize conversion rates and user experience
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and inform strategy
- Present complex data findings to cross-functional teams and leadership in a clear, actionable manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, data analytics, statistics, or a related field
- Previous experience as a Marketing Analyst in a B2C business, preferably in retail or the fitness industry
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, including Excel and Tableau; experience with SQL is a plus
- Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and familiarity with digital marketing channels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
