      PING, Inc., maker of PING golf equipment, is seeking an eCommerce Merchandising Coordinator that will assist in developing and implementing site merchandising strategies consistent with brand and business goals to increase sales, grow the brand online and create an engaging shopping experience. Must be self-starter and able to work with the tools in a CMS to build PING’s online product customization and personalization presence. Will interact cross-functionally with marketing, communications, customer service, fulfillment, and digital teams to identify online opportunities that will drive future growth. This position requires the candidate to reside in the Phoenix Metro Area, relocation assistance will be provided.

      YOU WILL:

      • Own the eCommerce asset management process, inclusive of cropping, uploading, and adding images to products.
      • Responsible for the build-out of finished good products, customizable and personalized products in the digital platform that will be sold on PING.COM.
      • Collaborate with eCommerce Merchandising Supervisor and communications team to ensure timely photo & copy updates relating to product revisions and re-merchandising initiatives.
      • Work with Ecommerce Merchandising Supervisor and communications team in updating on-line e-commerce website content. (Products, images, content, banners, and promotions. Knowledge with applications like photoshop is a plus)
      • Identify opportunities to improve site navigation as new product categories are introduced.
      • Proof site content to ensure best-in-class copy, imagery and videos are offered to our customers.
      • Play an integral role within the team to execute web merchandising strategies to create a compelling shopping experience on the website.
      • Monitor inventory (inclusive of periodic physical warehouse checks) to ensure appropriate product assortment and availability is reflected on PING.com.
      • Complete ad-hoc projects such as site merchandising reviews as well as competitive merchandising analysis.
      • Understand and use website tools to manage site pages and structures, helping to resolve small to mid-sized issues related to item setup, product translations, content management and navigation.
      • Work with Digital Software Engineering team to plan, define, implement, and QA website changes and technical/functional improvements.
      • Strive for continuous improvement.
      • Ability to travel occasionally.

      YOU HAVE:

      • Bachelor’s degree from a properly accredited college or university, plus a minimum of two years related experience in eCommerce, digital marketing or site merchandising from a high-performing consumer brand; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
      • Experience with eCommerce platforms, tools, and technologies used for website merchandising and management – Adobe Commerce experience a plus.
      • Some training in UX/UI design would be beneficial.
      • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop a plus.
      • Knowledge of best practices in site merchandising.
      • Visual merchandising acumen. Willing to think outside the box and challenge the status quo, while also fairly evaluating all possible solutions in making strategic decisions
      • Demonstrated ability to effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously and keep up with administrative requirements of the position.
      • Self-starter who works effectively in fast environment with minimal supervision.
      • Ability to establish productive relationships with cross –functional teams.
      • Excellent presentation and training skills.
      • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word) skills required, basic understanding of web technologies (FTP, browsers, basic HTML, XML, data files,) a plus.
      • Basic understanding of Google products such as webmaster tools & analytics would be desirable.
      • Strong knowledge of account base and golf market would be a benefit.
