5+ years of eCommerce and/or digital marketing experience.

Bachelors degree required

For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can....

• Optimize website layout, onsite search, navigation, recommendation features and functionality based on analysis of identified key performance indicators and customer data.
• Drive projects and initiatives to further enhance the site or marketplace shopping experience.
• Ensure .com merchandising metrics are integrated into the vernacular of the business, into current and future reporting, and ultimately champion an improved companywide Digital IQ.
• Influence internally and externally to drive success for all parties engaged in ecommerce
• Leverage cross-functional partnerships to constantly improve the .com experience, conduct competitive analysis to evaluate merchandise, content and product presentation to inform future strategies.
• Create, update, and maintain web content in content management system, monitor content on live site and trouble shoot or escalate.
• Collaborate with Channel Delivery to manage vendor relationships for development, testing, execution and maintenance of web merchandising capabilities and technologies
• Create, monitor, test, and publish new content pages to ensure that they are displaying properly, following UX design best practices, and providing an optimal experience across devices
• Represent the e-Commerce team and “tell the story” of website performance for both internal and client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Creative, Brand, UX, and other stakeholders to make sure content follows best practices, and maximizes the user experience
• Partner with UX to develop and implement high performing page templates across HP, PLP, PDP, LP’s.
• Perform systematic site audits to identify and correct any site errors and/or bugs including but not limited to imagery, copy, pricing, search, filtering, tagging, swatches, colorways, etc
• Assist with sale execution and support
• Collaborate directly with Channel Delivery to communicate strategies and inform sourcing priorities for assigned categories
• Create and implement team processes, reports, and data analysis that can successfully scale to all categories and other teams
• Partner with Channel Delivery team to ensure seller performance evaluation and support in seller discussions as it relates to operations
• Collaborate on performance forecasts for Ecommerce properties
