      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the planning, coordination, and tracking of key website development projects to ensure timely delivery
      - Gather, document, and translate needs from various departments into detailed requirements for new features and enhancements
      - Serve as the lead administrator and subject matter expert for the Optimizely One platform
      - Develop and maintain a centralized resource hub for all platform documentation and training materials
      - Onboard and train new employees on Optimizely and related internal processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field
      - 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field
      - Demonstrated project management experience
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Optimizely platforms
      - Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
      - Proven experience using project management software (e.g., Jira)
      - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
      - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
