      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute the eCommerce product catalog strategy, creating new products such as reports and subscription models
      - Maintain a strong understanding of the target audience's needs and purchasing behaviors, recommending user experience enhancements
      - Cultivate a deep knowledge of the employer's diverse product offerings and value propositions
      - Partner with the web team for effective deployment and presentation of products on the eCommerce platform
      - Monitor product catalog performance and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance customer value and conversion rates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or product management
      - Strong understanding of eCommerce principles, best practices, and technologies
      - Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
      - Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the media, advertising, and market research industry
      - Creativity and innovation in developing new product offerings and presentations
      - Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and the ability to interpret data for improvements
