UX Strategy & Execution. Develop and execute UX strategies focused on optimizing the eCommerce funnel from homepage through checkout to increase engagement, reduce friction, and improve conversion. Identify and address key friction points in navigation, layout, and checkout flow through user research, heatmaps, and analytics. Collaborate closely with design, development, and marketing teams to deliver consistent, on-brand, and conversion-focused UX enhancements. Stay ahead of emerging UX/ UI trends and tools, integrating best practices to ensure Teleflora remains a leader in digital experience. User-Centered Design & Testing. Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate concepts and drive alignment with cross-functional teams. Design and manage A/ B and multivariate tests to validate design decisions, improve usability, and optimize site interactions. Capture and integrate Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback, usability testing, and survey data into UX improvement plans.
