What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to students through multiple communication channels (phone, chat, email)
- Maintain service level metrics for student support, such as call answer rates and ticket resolution times
- Assist students with technical issues related to course access and completion
- Research and resolve inquiries using available resources and escalate issues as needed
- Build rapport with students to guide them in course selection and program requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with CRM, LMS, and SIS software, particularly Salesforce (CRM), Canvas (LMS), and Destiny (SIS)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in online education or higher education support
- Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL)
