Job Description
- Req#: REF206598X
- Lead the development and implementation of new part numbers and mass production part numbers for EV14, EV-SE, and EV6.
- Oversee the Bill of Materials (BOM) maintenance and verification process.
- Collaborate with the Products and Material Change Management process plant coordinator to ensure smooth integration with the SAP system for EV-14, EV-SE, and EV6.
- Regularly verify Bill of Material confirmation, Part Number in the POE Module, and component details in coordination with Bill of Information (BOI) and BOM.
- Manage the SAP implementation related to series production and sample part products, focusing on Component Level Product Part Number Management.
- Act as the key user contact point for HmjP plant and facilitate communication with Lead Plant and Bosch globally regarding Engineering Change Management.
- Drive the successful completion of both external and internal audits on HmjP's Engineering Change Management topics.
- Provide support for audits related to international standards, such as ISO 14001 and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) topics.
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or other related fields
- Have experience in Engineering Change Management System in Manufacturing Processes
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience is required.
- Experience with Product Data Management integrated into the SAP system and familiarity with the BOM Transfer Process are necessary.
- Have experience with BOI process.
- Open to overseas travel.
- Good command in English

Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.
R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.
