What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather and document business requirements by liaising with implementation stakeholders and customers
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Software Engineers, and Demand Managers to translate business requirements into detailed solution designs
- Conduct module testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing
- Manage risks and issues affecting development and deliveries
- Provide Level 2/3 support for production issue resolution and root cause analysis

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a relevant field
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of EDI/API standards and communication protocols
- Experience in Logistics and Services
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies
- Knowledge of EDI Protocols EDIFACT / ANSI X12 and communication protocols such as AS2, FTPS, and SFTP

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of SAP ERP EDI, iDOCs, and XML Schema
- Experience with EDI/API implementations and internal applications and processes
