      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage internal EDI processes and implementation of EDI file feeds for enrollment, eligibility, and contributions
      - Interact positively with Account Managers, Clients, Brokers, and file feed Vendors to facilitate EDI file implementations
      - Perform file testing and layout building for various plan and file types for external clients
      - Serve as a resource for problem identification and resolution of file feed-related issues
      - Create and manage training platforms to enhance team knowledge on EDI processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of experience in EDI or a related field preferred
      - Experience with data importing and exporting from benefit platforms such as Flexible Spending Accounts and COBRA
      - Proficiency in SQL queries and experience with ETL tools like Azure Data Factory or Informatica preferred
      - Strong organizational and prioritizing skills, with the ability to multitask in a collaborative environment
      - Above average analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
      - Experience with end-to-end SFTP processes, including file transfers and authentication
      - A detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service
      - Ability to process and manipulate data accurately across various formats
      - Self-motivated and eager to grow personally and professionally within the organization
