What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee all stages of EDI and payroll implementations, including discovery, build, test, and production
- Ensure timely delivery and processing of payroll and demographic files
- Collaborate with clients and vendors to resolve demographic import issues
- Manage and resolve EDI file discrepancies efficiently
- Perform audits to ensure data accuracy between the benefits administration system and third-party vendors

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years of experience handling large data sets, including at least 1 year with employee payroll or benefits data
- 2 years of experience working with EDI integrations including 834 file formats
- 2 years of experience with benefits administration systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Expert knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- SQL proficiency
- Proven experience interfacing with external clients and strong customer service skills
