      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage electronic data interchange (EDI) processes related to behavioral health and medical billing enrollment
      - Prepare and submit applications for EDI claims and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) through clearinghouse and payer portals
      - Communicate with clearinghouses regarding enrollment issues and troubleshoot as needed
      - Review and resolve provider enrollment denials and errors with payers
      - Maintain accurate enrollment records and document process workflows

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue cycle management for medical or behavioral health billing
      - Experience with EDI enrollment and familiarity with clearinghouses such as Availity, Waystar, and Stedi
      - Knowledge of EDI file formats and experience with EDI software and systems
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Ability to multitask and work effectively with multiple clients simultaneously

      - A self-starter attitude with the ability to resolve issues promptly
      - Demonstrated ability to communicate with individuals at all organizational levels
