What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct deep dive discovery sessions to identify business needs and finalize requirements gathering, resulting in the creation of a Statement of Work (SOW).
- Provide effort estimation for analysis, mapping, and testing.
- Log billable hours as required to ensure maximization of profitability.
- Accelerate time to value by clarifying Solutions approach cross-departmentally with Customer Success and Product teams.
- Write code for adaptors (including custom), create pre and post-processors, and map EDI.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5+ years of EDI experience in a business analyst or IT-related role in a supply chain company or B2B SaaS company.
- Strong experience analyzing EDI specifications.
- Advanced technical skills, including familiarity with a variety of data file types such as XML and JSON.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ability to read/write basic programming scripts in a language like Node.js or Python.
- Experience using CargoWise.
- Familiarity with tracking billable hours.
- History of leading and supporting successful projects.
- Experience effectively leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and communication.
