What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to gather business requirements and develop solutions
- Utilize modeling techniques to elicit requirements for software development
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and users, ensuring clear communication of needs
- Assist in the preparation of test scenarios and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Create and refine user stories in alignment with agile methodologies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in requirements management
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with EDI, Facets, CCA, SAP, CRMs, or similar enterprise systems
- Familiarity with the healthcare environment, specifically Medicaid/Medicare
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with effective problem-solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with EDIFEC's Platform
- Background in designing interfaces and user experiences across multiple platforms
- Familiarity with Agile processes and ceremonies
- Certifications related to core technical systems, Agile, SAFE, or Business/System Analyst roles
