What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to gather business requirements and develop solutions
- Author clear agile User Stories and Features to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Conduct root cause analysis and assist with the preparation of test scenarios and data
- Participate in feature refinement meetings and promote effective requirements gathering practices
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in requirements management
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with EDI, Facets, CCA, SAP, CRMs, or similar enterprise systems
- Familiarity with the healthcare environment (Medicaid/Medicare)
- Proficiency in requirements elicitation and documentation practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with EDIFEC’s platform
- Experience designing interfaces or mocking up user interfaces for various platforms
- Familiarity with Agile processes and ceremonies
- Certifications in core technical systems (Facets, CCA, SAP, CRMs) or Agile methodologies
- Strong understanding of business analysis principles
