Job Description

- Execute processing tasks based on instructions from DSCs and team leads
- Prepare and organize electronic data, including: exception handling, deduplication, text extraction, tiff/PDF conversion, load file creation
- Configure and operate eDiscovery software (e.g., Nuix, iPro, LAW)
- Ensure data is processed per case specifications
- Perform quality control (QC) and peer review
- Create load files for use in Relativity and other review platforms
- Support internal and client-facing tasks within Relativity
- Manage productions, run search terms and reports, troubleshoot issues, and provide system administration
- Handle escalated Relativity tasks, including backups, index management, and workflow development
- Ensure high standards of client service, responsiveness, and technical accuracy
- Track and submit time weekly according to company deadlines
- Attend team and company meetings as scheduled
- 4+ years of experience in litigation support, eDiscovery, or legal technology roles
- Proficiency in Nuix and Relativity required
- Familiarity with Python, Ruby or SQL is a plus
- Strong understanding of eDiscovery project lifecycles and client deliverables
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Professional, diplomatic communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and resourceful, able to take initiative without formal direction
- Team-oriented; willingness to volunteer for tasks; passion for learning
- Remote

Job Title: eDiscovery Analyst (Remote | Evening Shift)
Reports To: Manager of Discovery Engineering
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM EST (40 hours/week + overtime as needed)
Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000
ANALYST INTRODUCTION
We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented eDiscovery Analyst to join our Discovery Services Engineering (DSE) team. As a key contributor, you'll be responsible for preparing, organizing, and processing client data for litigation support. You'll work closely with Discovery Consultants (DSCs) to execute tasks efficiently and accurately in both NUIX and Relativity.
This is a remote role with a consistent evening schedule. You'll be expected to support processing and hosting operations and assist in Relativity-based tasks as workload demands shift.
