      What we need!

      We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Edit Assistant to join our Picture Shop, Unscripted Operations Team. As an Edit Assistant, you will work as a part of a team to ensure the continued smooth running of our post production, edit operation.

      This is a position that features shift work including nights and weekends on a rotation.

      What we need you to do!

      • Carrying out scheduled MCR work including media ingest, exporting, syncing & grouping & turnovers utilizing a range of platforms & workflows
      • Providing front-line technical support across our Avid Media Composer estate to clients and staff both in-house & remote

      What Experience we’re looking for!

      • Minimum 1 years experience in a technical role in a Post Production environment
      • Evidence of good Avid knowledge and/or experience.
      • Good understanding of video formats, files, frame rates and resolutions and familiarity with working with different video codecs
      • Good IT skills, PC and Mac literate.
      • Excellent and accurate attention to detail data input and checking
      • Ability to communicate well with internal departments
      • Confident in prioritising tasks and able to work across multiple jobs simultaneously
      • Good timekeeper and able to meet deadlines
      • Ability to work individually as well as part of a team

      Advantageous

      • Technical literacy with Resolve, Nucoda, &/or Flame
      • Knowledge of ScheduAll software
      • Experienced in UHD & HDR workflows
      • Trained and experienced with Avid Conforms
