      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the preparation and finalization of Board meeting reports while ensuring clarity, cohesion, and adherence to approved document guidelines
      - Review and edit complex documents, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency
      - Liaise with report writers and GCF staff to develop and finalize meeting reports
      - Provide editorial support and proofreading for documents related to Board meetings and other Secretariat tasks
      - Manage requests for editing, allocate tasks to consultants, and perform quality control on edited documents

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - University degree in linguistics, literature (English), international relations, political science, environmental studies, or a related field
      - Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience with a Master's degree, or nine (9) years with a Bachelor’s degree, in document preparation and revision, including two years for an international organization
      - Previous experience with intergovernmental processes and the work of the United Nations or another international organization
      - Strong written, editorial, and analytical abilities with excellent organizational skills
      - Proficient in written and oral communication skills in English

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in climate finance or related fields
      - Familiarity with GCF editorial style and documentation processes
      - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
      - Experience in providing training or guidance on editorial standards and practices
      - Knowledge of technical subjects related to climate change and finance
