What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative support, including ordering author copies, handling reprint correction requests, and drafting contract terms
- Draft cover copy, title information sheets, and cover memos
- Support acquisitions with evaluation of proposals and manuscripts
- Liaise between authors, agents, and different departments within the publishing group
- Prepare title lists for awards and announcements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Passion/interest in Middle Grade & YA books
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple responsibilities
- Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with exceptional attention to detail
