      Zywave is hiring a n Editorial Assistant to join its dynamic editorial team in the Philippines. This role will focus primarily on providing editorial support for Zywave’s web-based software products. As an Editorial Assistant , you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining product materials i n Zywave’s content library while supporting the company’s market-leading position.

      Education

      • Bachelor's degree in journalism , Mass Communication, or a related field

      Experience

      • At least 1 year of experience in a publishing , editorial, or media-related environment
      • Open to fresh graduates with relevant experience in related fields

      Competencies a nd Skills

      • Basic HTML skills (ability to format text, embed links, images, and tables)
      • Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital publishing workflows is a plus (training will be provided)
      • Strong proofreading skills with keen attention to detail
      • Familiarity with the AP Stylebook is a plus
      • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
      • High level of computer literacy and Internet knowledge, including Microsoft Office products
      • Ability to understand our products, in addition to customers’ and partners’ needs
      • Creative, resourceful, and collaborative team player
      • Prior experience in publishing, journalism, or digital media is a plus
      • Excellent oral communications and interpersonal skills and a strong desire to learn and grow, both professionally and personally in ways that will enhance job performance
