What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage assigned projects-both digital and print-through production cycle
- Serve as editorial project management lead from receipt of content to final product
- Curate content in asset management system to ensure intellectual property is stored, organized, formatted, and updated
- Establish agreements and develop alliances with outsourced vendors
- Manage areas integral to operations of Content Production and Design work group
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of publishing experience as an editor and project manager
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
- Adept at working in Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Experience using the Chicago Manual of Style
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with electronic products and services, including asset management systems
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, PowerPoint, and InDesign
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
