      What Nonstop is Looking For:

      We are seeking a Training & Education Specialist who is highly organized, adaptable, and eager to grow. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment, possesses excellent communication and presentation skills, and demonstrates confidence and professionalism when interacting with members, clients, and brokers. A passion for educating others, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities are essential for success in this role. While not required, experience in health insurance and bilingual fluency in Spanish are strong assets. Candidates should reside in the Western or Central U.S. and be open to traveling 20% or more as needed.
      Requirements

      Primary Responsibilities ( including but not limited to ):

      Create and distribute client facing educational materials:
      Develop benefits guides, open enrollment materials, and other written, video, or audio content for client and member education. Manage digital and physical storage/distribution of materials.

      Coordinate and schedule meetings/trainings:
      Proactively plan and schedule training, open enrollment sessions, and continuing education meetings in collaboration with clients and broker partners.

      Lead/co-lead meetings and trainings:
      Host or support educational sessions for new and renewing clients, including live or virtual open enrollment and benefits presentations.

      Manage print orders:
      Coordinate with print vendors to produce and distribute member education materials in a timely and organized manner.

      Fulfill raffle prize orders:
      Handle logistics and distribution of event-related raffle prizes, especially during open enrollment and health fair events.

      Prepare compliance documents:
      Use provided templates to generate Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) and Summary Plan Descriptions (SPD), ensuring ERISA compliance and organized record-keeping.

      Requirements

      Required Skills, Experience, and Education:
      • 2-3+ years of experience in training, marketing, or customer service, ideally within the health insurance industry
      • Proven ability to educate or train customers/members in a clear, engaging manner
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with professional and grammatically sound correspondence
      • Strong presentation skills and ability to tailor content to diverse audiences
      • Tech-savvy, with comfort using virtual presentation tools
      • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and work across teams
      • Self-starter who asks questions, seeks clarity, and follows through
      • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with a dedicated, distraction-free workspace
      • Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
      • Detail-oriented and process-driven with strong time management skills
      • Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% or more as needed
      • Committed to team success, continuous improvement, and Nonstop's mission

      Preferred qualifications:

      Experience with Apple/Mac products

      Proficiency in Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets)

      Bonus: Skills in Adobe Design Suite, LOOM (or similar), or Salesforce

      Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (preferred, not required)

      Perks and Compensation:
      • Full-time/Salary/Exempt position.

      • Salary Range $60,000-$80,000

      Physical Requirements:
      • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer per day.
      • Repetitive use of fingers, hands, elbows, and arms including typing, reaching, grasping, and writing.
      • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and carry 5-30 pounds occasionally.
      • Hearing and speaking ability sufficient to carry on a conversation with another individual (or groups of individuals) in person and over the telephone and video communication.
      • Visual ability is sufficient to read and produce printed material and information displayed on a computer screen.
