What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer day-to-day operations, accreditation readiness, and event management for the department
- Gather key performance indicators for training programs and support accreditation processes
- Serve as a liaison to learners such as students, residents, and academic partners
- Collaborate with department and training program leadership
- Manage educational events and programs effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Two or more years of experience in administrative/office management, preferably in an Academic setting
- High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
- Exceptional organizational, professional, and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare or educational setting
- Additional certifications related to education or training
