What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, implement, and conduct a variety of training programs for clinical and non-clinical operations staff
- Perform orientation and training classes for new hires, including instruction on member management software
- Conduct competency evaluations for staff members and provide recommendations for areas of improvement or retraining
- Maintain records of training activities and employee progress
- Perform clinical call quality audits for competency analysis on clinical staff
What is Required (Qualifications):
- RN or LPN licensure required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
- At least 1 year of learning and development experience, including adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Must be located in or around Atlanta, GA
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with learning technologies and training program development
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles
- Background in clinical operations or population health management
