What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the design, development, and management of educational materials and marketing content for various programs
- Support recruitment, enrollment, onboarding, and credentialing for educational participants
- Coordinate application reviews, interviews, and preceptor development planning
- Monitor evaluations and track accreditation compliance, rotation schedules, and faculty credentials
- Prepare and present statistical reports on enrollment and budget for leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of administrative or educational program coordination experience, or High School diploma/GED plus seven (7) years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Four (4) years of experience in business, financial administration, management, or grant management
- Working knowledge of Workday and UAMS GUS
