      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate departmental seminars, educational events, and training sessions, including logistics and communication with speakers
      - Provide support to instructors and course directors by organizing course materials and schedules
      - Manage procurement of laboratory supplies and equipment, including order preparation and reconciliation
      - Maintain and update department communication tools such as the website and newsletters
      - Offer general administrative support, including mail distribution, phone coverage, and document processing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in education, computing, or a related field
      - Minimum of three (3) years' experience coordinating education programs
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in a diverse community
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
      - Ability to plan and implement programs while organizing resources and establishing priorities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in an academic environment or with educational program coordination
      - Familiarity with digital communication tools and website management
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
      - Background in laboratory supply management or procurement processes
      - Knowledge of general office procedures and protocols
