What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage administrative tasks related to the evaluation, onboarding, and maintenance of education partners
- Export, organize, and report on submissions from prospective partners
- Respond to inquiries regarding various education products and programs
- Create and maintain accurate records in internal tools, including partner information
- Guide existing partners through the renewal process and support escalated issues

- Proven ability to excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments while managing a high volume of tasks
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Motivated to contribute to users, team, and company's success
- Collaborative team player focused on building strong working relationships
