      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Represent the employer's Education business in privacy discussions for education offerings and services, defining project scope and success metrics
      - Own and drive contract negotiations with educational institutions to ensure consistency and urgency
      - Maintain and evolve education-specific privacy operational processes for efficient access to offerings
      - Develop training materials and awareness resources for education teams
      - Track program metrics and compliance posture, escalating risks and proposing remediation plans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of experience in privacy, data protection, or related program management roles
      - Knowledge of privacy regulations relevant to education, including FERPA, COPPA, GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA
      - Familiarity with platform and developer artifacts such as APIs, SDKs, and LMS integrations
      - Strong program and project management skills, capable of coordinating cross-functional teams
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating technical topics for stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working directly with education customers or academic institutions
      - Knowledge of LMS systems and education data standards
      - Prior experience implementing data subject request workflows at scale
      - Certifications such as CIPP/US, CIPP/E, or equivalent privacy/security certifications
      - Bachelor’s degree in privacy, law, computer science, education technology, or a related field
