      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the development and application of predictive models to enhance enrollment and financial aid strategies
      - Translate complex analytical work into actionable insights for institutional senior leaders
      - Provide technical and project leadership across client engagements and internal initiatives
      - Guide teams and partners from problem definition through to implementation
      - Communicate complex concepts effectively to non-technical audiences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Current U.S. work authorization required
      - Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
      - 3+ years of experience building predictive models or machine learning systems in an applied analytics environment
      - Strong proficiency in statistical modeling and modern machine learning methods
      - Fluency with Python, R, SQL, or comparable tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s or PhD in statistics, economics, data science, or a related field
      - Prior consulting or client-facing analytics experience
      - Experience analyzing financial aid data and key enrollment management metrics
