What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the campus functional administrator for room scheduling software and maintain classroom inventories
- Train new users on the room scheduling software and assist with the implementation of the system
- Contribute to developing, maintaining, and testing systems required for the room scheduling process
- Update and maintain documentation on procedures and policies for scheduling
- Act as a backup for the Room Scheduling Coordinator and supervise support personnel
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field with two (2) years of relevant experience, or
- Associate’s degree in computer science or a related field with four (4) years of relevant experience, or
- High School diploma/GED with six (6) years of relevant experience
- Advanced proficiency with computers (Mac, PC, and mobile devices)
- Excellent customer service skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with website creation and maintenance
- Familiarity with standard office programs, specifically the MS Office Suite
