What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interview customers and complete necessary forms for program entry
- Follow up on no-shows and reschedule appointments
- Conduct group orientations and guide members to available online service options
- Train members on various literacy topics and teach basic Microsoft Software courses
- Administer quarterly entrance examinations to assess individual progression
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-2 years of experience in workforce development or a related field
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Internet Research, and social media
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
