      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide academic support in the classroom and foster an engaging learning environment
      - Assist with classroom discussions and activities, encouraging student participation
      - Help students connect course content to their future goals and prepare for guest speakers
      - Facilitate study group sessions to reinforce course material and support collaborative learning
      - Maintain a professional relationship with students while acting as a mentor

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be at least 18 years old
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Strong communication skills and ability to work well with students and staff
      - Experience working with high school-aged students
      - Energetic approach to learning and respect for individual differences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in building community within small and large groups
      - Proven ability to maintain a professional relationship with students while being a supportive mentor
      - Passion for working with students in grades K-12, particularly in summer camps or precollege programs
