      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Facilitate study group sessions to reinforce course material and support collaborative learning
      - Maintain a professional relationship with students while serving as a mentor

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be at least 18 years old
      - High School Diploma
      - Strong communication skills and ability to work well with students, administration, and support staff
      - Experience working with high school-aged students
      - Energetic approach to learning and respect for individual differences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with summer camps, precollege programs, or international programs
      - Proven ability to build community within small and large groups
      - Comfortable problem solving and working in a fast-paced environment
      - Passion for working with students in grades K-12
