What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist teacher in preparing instructional materials and classroom displays
- Help maintain a neat and orderly classroom environment
- Conduct instructional exercises with individual students or small groups
- Supervise students throughout the school day, including lunchroom and playground duty
- Participate in staff development training programs and faculty meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Texas educational aide certificate
- Ability to work effectively with children
- Proficiency in using personal computers and software applications
- Preferred experience working with children in a public education environment

- Associate or Bachelor's degree in education or related field
- Previous experience in a similar role within the education sector
- Strong organizational and communication skills
