What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and deliver 4-H programming in accordance with policies and procedures
- Plan and implement grant activities for youth in Biotechnology and STEM clubs
- Assist 4-H youth in developing biotechnology/STEM outreach materials
- Set up program spaces and organize educational materials
- Recruit and enroll youth participants and volunteers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2-3 years of professional experience
- Experience coordinating and delivering educational programs to youth
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse populations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work occasional evening and weekend hours

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with curriculum development
- STEM/Science background
- Familiarity with UConn Extension/UConn 4-H
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Experience with graphic design programs and managing social media platforms
