What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct outbound call-backs to potential customers requesting tutoring or educational support
- Engage in consultative conversations to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Influence prospective students/families to purchase services or schedule follow-up conversations
- Meet monthly performance targets by utilizing educational experience and provided training
- Attend paid live training sessions and pre-recorded modules

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Education, teaching, or tutoring experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- High empathy and emotional intelligence
- Ability to ask for sale and payment for agreed-upon solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in a high phone volume environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 35-40 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends
- Confidence in communicating via phone with potential clients
- Ability to work independently, troubleshoot technical issues, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong desire to help customers achieve learning outcomes
