What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct outbound call-backs to potential customers interested in tutoring, courses, or homeschool support
- Engage in consultative conversations to understand customer needs and recommend customized solutions
- Influence customers to make a purchase or schedule follow-up conversations
- Meet monthly performance targets by utilizing educational experience and training
- Attend paid live training sessions and pre-recorded modules

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Education, teaching, or tutoring experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- High empathy, emotional intelligence, and ability to make product recommendations
- Comfortable with sales and payment transactions
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt in a high-volume phone environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 35-40 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends
- Confidence in phone communication with potential clients
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot technical issues
- Passionate belief in the value of high-quality online learning
