What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct outbound call-backs to potential customers who have requested tutoring or educational support
- Facilitate consultative conversations to understand customer needs and recommend customized solutions
- Influence customers to complete purchases or schedule follow-up conversations
- Achieve monthly sales targets using educational experience and provided training
- Attend paid live training sessions and pre-recorded modules

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Education, teaching, or tutoring experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- High empathy and emotional intelligence
- Comfortable asking for sale and payment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt quickly

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 35-40 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends
- Strong desire to help customers achieve learning outcomes
- Confidence in communicating via phone with potential clients
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot technical issues
- Understand and appreciate the company's focus on helping people learn
