What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct meaningful needs assessment conversations with families to identify their educational needs
- Recommend tailored learning solutions based on your teaching and training experience
- Build trust with clients through consultative sales conversations
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise in educational products and services
- Achieve and exceed performance metrics in a sales-driven environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of teaching, training, or educational sales experience strongly preferred
- Proven success in metrics-driven environments
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, including some evenings and weekends
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems
