      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Define, document, build, and maintain EHR application content
      - Create functional specification documents and validate content with business owners
      - Independently lead projects while adhering to defined project management strategies
      - Act as a liaison between IT, customers, and vendors, coordinating meetings and documentation
      - Prepare and maintain documentation, including analysis, design, and user guides

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
      - 5-8 years of related work experience in Electronic Health Record implementation and support
      - Vendor-required certification in good standing for assigned applications/modules
      - Ability to assess problems and work independently to resolve them
      - Advanced skills with Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in operational roles utilizing Electronic Health Records applications
      - Proven track record of success in project management and team collaboration
      - Familiarity with Lean diagnostic techniques for problem-solving
      - Strong written and oral communication skills
