What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Configure, customize, and test EHR software applications
- Gather user requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Analyze existing software systems and suggest improvements
- Build and maintain relationships with physician practices and third-party vendors
- Monitor and manage support tickets, ensuring compliance with SLA standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR) in an Analyst role
- Minimum of 3 years managing software implementations and configurations
- Minimum of 1 year in an application support role
- Established track record of leading successful, large-scale projects in a healthcare setting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with Ambulatory EHR software and vendors
- Knowledge of provider office workflow processes and healthcare delivery systems
- Understanding of government programs related to health information systems, such as MIPS and MSSP ACO
- Familiarity with quality improvement methods and tools
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
