      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the implementation of EHS software systems, including Dakota and ISNetworld
      - Maintain and manage the EHS SharePoint site for effective communication and document control
      - Track and analyze Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
      - Collect, analyze, and report on internal and external EHS data to identify trends
      - Provide training and EHS support to sites and functions within the organization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline such as Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science
      - Minimum 3 to 8 years of related experience in EHS systems
      - Experience in leading a company in the utilization of an EHS system
      - Strong understanding of Environmental, Health, and Safety principles
      - Excellent project management and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with EHS systems such as Vector EHS for incident management and auditing
      - Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations and compliance requirements
      - Ability to facilitate technology use to improve data efficiency and accuracy
      - Familiarity with hazard analysis and employee injury prevention strategies
