What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage driver qualification renewals, driver records, and MVR monitoring
- Support commercial vehicle tracking and provide day-to-day support for commercial drivers and vehicles
- Maintain Safety Data Sheet database for field employees
- Interact and communicate with internal customers and external suppliers
- Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, correspondence, spreadsheets, and reports as directed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS degree from an accredited 4-year college or university in business, logistics, communications, or a relevant field
- 1 - 3 years relevant experience in HR or DOT profession
- Strong computer and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with persistence, motivation, and self-discipline
- Excellent collaborator with strong communication and people skills
