What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly metrics for onsite management teams and corporate reporting
- Support management in ensuring compliance with corporate program expectations and applicable laws
- Conduct risk assessments related to job performance and new equipment introductions
- Recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures to management, including ergonomics
- Provide training and coaching to associates on observed work habits
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year in an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) related field or a bachelor's degree in an EHS-relevant background, or 6 months experience in a safety-related role within the employer
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations, specifically 29 CFR 1910
- Strong communication, teamwork, analysis, judgment, and customer focus skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a safety-related field
- Experience leading and managing a team
- Experience in emergency response and currently holds First Aid and CPR certificates
- Experience in workers' compensation case management
