      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base, including Studio and EIB
      - Oversee integration delivery and manage the integration development process
      - Conduct functional analysis, requirements definition, and application module configuration and testing
      - Identify and resolve gaps in business processes and develop solutions
      - Involved in user documentation, data interface design, data migration, and reconciliation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Twelve (12) years of relevant technical or business work experience
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience
      - Three years of experience leading the design, build, and implementation of integrations between Workday’s suite and other systems
      - Five years of overall experience within Information Technology supporting Workday
      - Experience implementing Workday within a healthcare organization

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Ten years of experience within Information Technology
      - Workday Certifications: Workday Pro Integrations Administration and/or Workday Pro Studio
