      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide expertise and staff support for a nationwide hotline serving elder fraud victims
      - Deliver excellent customer service to all callers and meet service metrics for the project
      - Manage complete case management for individuals reporting fraud cases
      - Maintain accurate records and resource lists, ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements
      - Collaborate with various teams to develop communications plans and public awareness campaigns

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a Human Service subject matter area
      - At least 3 years of experience working with older adults experiencing victimization, elder abuse, or fraud
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering training and technical assistance to victim service programs
      - Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance prior to the start date
      - Strong technical writing skills and ability to handle sensitive information

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's Degree in a Human Service subject area
      - Experience working in systems that serve older victims of crime
      - Understanding and experience with national-level efforts related to elder fraud
      - Experience analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data
      - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a client-service-oriented environment
