      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of multiple retail projects within the construction services realm
      - Manage project development from beginning to end, including consultants, general contractors, and budgets
      - Oversee all phases of the project including entitlement, design, permitting, and construction
      - Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle
      - Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field; minimum of three years of related experience or five years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
      - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
      - Experience in project management, including proposal preparation and budget development
      - Proficiency in operating a computer and knowledge of project management software
      - Ability to travel by plane, motor vehicle, and train, up to 90% of the workweek

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Current PMP certification
      - Strong time management and critical thinking skills
      - Experience working independently and in team environments
      - Knowledge of project components, processes, and methodologies
      - Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients and peers
