      Job Title: Electrical Designer


      Job Description

      We are seeking an Electrical Designer with 3-7 years of experience in BIM design. The ideal candidate will be skilled in annotations and spooling, providing design in Revit for engineering services on design-build and/or bid-build projects of a highly technical nature across various sectors, including industrial, data centers, commercial, government, and energy.

      Responsibilities

      • Provide electrical design services using Revit for engineering projects.
      • Perform modeling and coordinate clash detections in Revit.
      • Conduct QA/QC of shop drawings prior to release for construction.
      • Ensure designs adhere to the National Electrical Code for safe installation of electrical equipment.

      Essential Skills

      • 3-7 years of experience in electrical design and BIM.
      • Proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
      • Familiarity with the National Electrical Code.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • Experience with AutoCAD Electrical is a plus.
      • Ability to work in both office and field environments.
      • Capability to manage exposure to mechanical parts and weather conditions.

      Work Environment

      The office is located in Owings Mills, and candidates will primarily work there. Fieldwork may include exposure to moving mechanical parts, outside weather conditions, fumes, airborne particles, and risk of electrical shock. The noise level can vary.       Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $45.67/hr.
